We are not Airbnb. We don't believe in surprise fees, nightly markups, or hotel-style limitations. We believe in real homes, real landlords, and leases that give you room to breathe.

How we got here
2013
Founded in West Hollywood
Started as a small furnished apartment operation with 3 units in West Hollywood. Our first renter was a consultant relocating from Chicago.
2016
Expanded to 12 neighborhoods
Grew across the city — Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Silver Lake, Studio City, and Downtown LA. First corporate housing partnerships signed.
2020
Launched the marketplace
Opened the platform to other verified landlords, transforming from a single operator into a curated marketplace for all of LA.
2023
1,000 renters placed
Crossed 1,000 successful placements and launched dedicated programs for travel nurses and insurance housing.
