By accessing or using ShortTermLosAngeles.com ("ShortTermLA", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
ShortTermLA is a marketplace that connects renters seeking furnished short-term housing in Los Angeles with landlords who list such properties. We are not a landlord, property manager, or party to any rental agreement between renters and landlords. We facilitate introductions and provide tools for both parties.
To list a property or submit a booking request, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
Landlords who list properties on ShortTermLA represent that: (a) they have the legal right to rent the property; (b) all listing information is accurate and not misleading; (c) the property complies with all applicable local laws and zoning regulations; (d) they will respond to inquiries within 48 hours.
Renters agree to: (a) provide accurate information in their profile and inquiries; (b) use properties only for lawful purposes; (c) comply with all house rules communicated by the landlord; (d) report any property issues promptly.
ShortTermLA is not responsible for the conduct of landlords or renters, the condition of listed properties, disputes between landlords and renters, or any losses arising from your use of the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of fees you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
